How to request warranty support

Contact AONPOS through the Contact page and provide the order reference, product model, serial number when available, a clear description of the issue, and relevant photos or video. For POS system or self service kiosk projects, also describe the connected peripherals, operating system or software environment when that information is relevant to the fault.

Technical review

The support team will review the information to help distinguish a hardware issue from a software, configuration, connection or peripheral issue. Additional diagnostic steps or evidence may be requested before a warranty action is confirmed. Following the requested checks helps reduce unnecessary returns and shortens the technical review process.
