AP05 is touch POS hardware for checkout projects. Discuss the display layout and receipt printer arrangement before comparing configurations. A clear order list should distinguish the terminal, any secondary display and every peripheral required by the checkout workflow.

Specify printing without mixing product types

Receipt printing requirements include the printer model, paper width, interface and driver. Thermal receipt printing and thermal transfer label printing are different tasks. Specify the output and required media so the chosen printer matches the workflow. Confirm paper replacement and cable clearance in the installed position. Name the printer separately in the order so its configuration and supplied status are clear.

Verify the screen and receipt workflow together

During sample approval, run a sale, print the actual receipt layout and repeat the task after a restart. Check whether the customer display needs an extended desktop or dedicated application output. Record the exact screen size and printer configuration in the quotation, so the sample test matches the equipment being ordered.

Software and integration responsibilities

POS software licensing, store data and payment processing are separate from the terminal hardware. Confirm who prepares the system image, installs drivers and connects each peripheral. Software compatibility should be accepted against the actual sample configuration, not an unrestricted compatibility claim.
