AP03 POS Terminal

AP03 is POS terminal hardware for counter checkout projects. Plan the operator display, customer information and receipt printing as separate parts of the station. The final hardware list should name each device and show whether it is included or supplied separately.

Clarify the printer arrangement

A product photograph or reference to printing does not define the supplied printer. Confirm whether the project uses an integrated printer or an external unit, then specify the paper width, connection and service access. Check that replacing the paper roll will not block the cashier. Customer display output should match the POS application rather than being treated as an automatic hardware function.

Approve the actual screen combination

Test the main screen and customer display with the software image intended for deployment. Include receipt printing and reconnection after power loss. Save the approved configuration before ordering more units, so that the pilot and bulk order do not use different screen or printer arrangements.

Software and integration responsibilities

POS software licensing, store data and payment processing are separate from the terminal hardware. Confirm who prepares the system image, installs drivers and connects each peripheral. Software compatibility should be accepted against the actual sample configuration, not an unrestricted compatibility claim.
