AP08 is POS terminal hardware for resale projects. Resellers should define a repeatable configuration instead of relying on a broad product title. The approved order record needs the model, operating system, computer configuration and supplied accessories.

Make the connection list useful for installers

Create a device map for the printer, scanner, customer display and payment terminal used by your customers. Specify the required connection for each device and compare it with the proposed terminal. Wireless performance and NFC functions need their own configuration evidence. A generic port list does not prove that every port, wireless module or reader is supplied on the sample.

Approve repeat order documentation

Photograph the sample connections and record the supplied power adapter, cables and device drivers. Ask that later quotations refer to the same configuration record. Test the software and peripherals you intend to offer with the terminal, so your sales team does not promise compatibility that has not been checked.

Software and integration responsibilities

POS software licensing, store data and payment processing are separate from the terminal hardware. Confirm who prepares the system image, installs drivers and connects each peripheral. Software compatibility should be accepted against the actual sample configuration, not an unrestricted compatibility claim.
